Fivebrains Business Associates program has been formulated with a social objective taking into consideration Fivebrains resource requirement and the passion of the Associates for the software field. In order to maximise the customer satisfaction , Fivebrains wish to deploy the Right type of person with Right type oif skill sets . Age, Gender or break of service is not a constraint for this program. It is only the passion that matters. The social cause has also been mentioned in the Vision Mission statement of Fivebrains.

• 1. Age or Gender s not a constraint. Any Senior Citizens / Retired personnel possessing the necessary skill sets and has a passion for the software can participate in this program
• 2. Educated / experienced women who are willing to take the role on on-demand basis are eligible to participate in this program. House wife (experienced but break-in-service) also can participate in this program.
• 3. Physically challenged people having the necessary skill sets and the commitment can participate in this program
• 4. Freelancers with necessary skill sets can participate in this program.

• 1. AThe Associate registers with Fivebrains by sending his / her profile through mail to associate@5brains.com
• 2. Fivebrains will scrutinise and shortlist the prospective candidates
• 3. The shortlisted candidate will be communicated
• 4. The candidate will be informed / invited when a suitable opportunity comes
• 5. An agreement for the assignment will be signed between Fivebrains and the Associate (including the profit sharing ratio) on case-to-case basis This will be on a win-win approach taking into account the level of contribution /accountability by the Associate
• 6. Following are the various avenues by which the Associate can participate in this program:
  6.1 Be a marketing person that includes getting the lead and coordinate with the prospects till order is materialised
  6.2 Become the part of the development team and associate with Fivebrains till the project is delivered
  6.3 Play the support role after implementation of the project
  6.4 Take the lead and execute the project under the banner of Fivebrains
