As we know we are living in the emerging stage where we are having shortage of Money, Manpower and Material especially after Corona, we need to concentrate on utilizing the manpower and machinery effectively so that we can improve the turnover in a short span of time. To have a perfect control on the process, we FIVEBRINS, developed an open source Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) software which has many modules that could be Plug-in or Plug-off with the core ERP System.
5b-Sulabha-ERP is our in-house developed integrated open source customizable ERP solution on cloud for any business, targeting the MSME (Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises) sector taking into consideration the simplicity, affordability & reliability. It is obvious the MSME sector cannot access to the high end ERP products like SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc. for economic reasons.

Existing scenario: Since company incorporated, we focused on improving our cloud based open source ERP-our own JAVA framework. Our existing cloud based 3 clients are happy and fetching a monthly support cost of around 50k approx. meeting 50% of our working capital.

Focus-next 6 MThs: Further fine tune and make our ERP a configurable one that would enable faster delivery of our ERP.

Marketing Focus (on-going): Planning to recruit 1 person exclusively for digital marketing to get new prospects. Also, exploring external service provider to accomplish this task.

Market potential: As we are targeting MSME sector (aound63 million enterprises per government data), the market size is huge, particularly manufacturing where we feel we will have an edge over others because of the simplicity, reliability and affordability of our ERP.
